Well, it is my birthday tomorrow and I am celebrating ME all weekend!! On Friday afternoon, Bill brought a cake down to my department and we all celebrated. Do I not have the best husband ever? I make sure to tell him that about 30 times a day just so he knows.
Then after work I went to Super Target to buy Eclipse by Stephenie Meyers. Yes, that series has me enthralled and I keep finding myself looking up pictures and bios of Edward Cullen (main character) on the Internet. I'm Googling and imaginary person. I never thought I would be the type to read youth fiction but there you have it. Maybe this is a reaction to me inching closer to my mid-thirties this weekend.
To keep my soon-to-be 33 year old cred, I am also reading the second of Jen Lancaster's books. M. let me borrow it and I really like the writing. I even forgive the writer for her two page love letter to FOX news. (Eew!)
Today, Bill took me to the movies and then patiently let me wonder around two malls. Isn't he the best?
Tonight, we eat out and watch fireworks in Frisco.
